Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days you (the customer) receiving the items, but we don't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

There will be a charge to ship each item unless we are running a free shipping promotion.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
